Every industry has its own level of competition, and for CRM call centres it comes to a head once a year at the CRM Contact Centre Awards. Long-time Dinniss Communications client Mitsubishi Motors NZ was thrilled to take top honours for contact centre customer service, winning the Supreme Diamond Award for Customer Service (under 50 seats) plus a handful of other awards.
They were (almost) as thrilled to win the awards evening’s hotly contested finalists’ photo contest, thanks to some creative assistance from the Dinniss team.
With only the theme ‘Come fly with me’ as a brief, we put our heads together and came up with the winning ‘Game of Phones’ concept.
